Conducting a Satellite meeting at the IAS 2010 Conference will give the ESTHER network a unique opportunity to inform a wide range of potential partners about this innovative approach and to exchange on experiences gained so far. The participation of the European Commission (DG DEV) will also be an additional input to highlight the added value of the ESTHER European concerted approach for the country partners. Furthermore, the satellite will make possible the production of recommendations for hospital twinning partnership guidelines from the presentations and discussions with the audience.

Main objective of the satellite : Present the Hospital twinning approach and the European ESTHER Alliance as a Model of Good Practice to Build Local Capacity for Comprehensive Care for PLWHIV through a European Common Approach
